Last updated: October 2026 · Agreement for Educational Institutions
By creating an account, registering an institution, or accessing the Campusly platform (including the web dashboard, portal, Teacher App, and Guardian App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Campusly Technologies Ltd. and the subscriber institution.
Campusly grants subscribed educational institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software services in accordance with their active subscription plan (EduLite, EduPlus, or EduPro). We strive for 99.9% platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
Institutes are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrator and staff account credentials. Any activities that occur under authorized institutional accounts are the responsibility of the subscriber institution. Multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions must be adhered to.
The institutional data, student records, and intellectual property uploaded by the subscriber remain the exclusive property of the institution. All software code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation of the Campusly platform remain the sole property of Campusly Technologies Ltd.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, subscriber institutions are provided full data exports of student records, grades, and accounting ledgers.
