Campusly Technologies Ltd. ("Campusly", "we", "our", or "us") provides cloud-based institutional enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for schools, colleges, madrasas, and educational academies. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all institutional data, staff records, student files, and guardian communications entrusted to our platform.

2. Information We Collect

In operating the Campusly platform for your institution, we process information solely as an authorized data processor on behalf of the subscriber institution:

• Institutional Information: Institute name, EIIN, contact addresses, official email, registration IDs, and authorized administrator details.
• Student & Guardian Records: Student names, roll/registration numbers, academic class, section, date of birth, guardian contact numbers, address, and admission records.
• Academic & Attendance Data: Daily attendance logs, class routines, assignment submissions, marks, exam grades, and tabulation sheets.
• Financial & Billing Data: Fee voucher records, payment transaction statuses, mobile financial service (MFS) references, and billing ledgers. We do not store sensitive payment card numbers or MFS PINs.

3. Multi-Tenant Database Isolation

Campusly enforces strict data separation. Each enrolled educational institution operates within an isolated tenant database instance. No cross-tenant database queries or data sharing occurs, ensuring complete privacy between schools.

4. Use of Information

We use collected data solely to deliver, maintain, and support educational software services, including:

• Generating academic report cards, admit cards, and transcripts.
• Dispatching automated SMS attendance alerts and fee notices to guardians.
• Powering the Teacher App and Guardian App with relevant student updates.
• Providing customer support and software enhancements.

5. Data Retention & Security

All data transmitted through Campusly is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) in transit and protected by encrypted storage at rest. Backups are performed regularly. Institutional administrators retain full authority over their student and academic records.
